Your Right to Data Deletion
At Aria, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your data at any time. This page explains how to delete your data and what happens when you do.
How to Delete Your Data
Option 1: Self-Service Deletion (Recommended)
You can manage and delete your data directly from your account:
- Log in to your Aria account
- Go to Settings → Connected Accounts
- Click "Disconnect" to revoke platform authorizations (Meta, TikTok)
- Contact us via email to request full account deletion
Option 2: Email Request
Send a data deletion request to [email protected] with the following information:
- Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
- Your registered email address
- Business name associated with the account
- Confirmation that you want all data deleted
We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon request, we will delete:
- Account Information: Email, password, business profile, contact details
- OAuth Tokens: Meta and TikTok access tokens (also revoked on provider side)
- Campaign Data: Advertising strategies, campaign configurations, creative assets
- Performance Metrics: Historical analytics and reporting data
- AI Interaction History: Agent action logs, optimization records
- Lead Data: Customer inquiry records synced from WhatsApp/LINE
Data We May Retain
Certain data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes:
- Billing Records: Transaction history for financial compliance (retained for 7 years)
- Anonymized Analytics: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics
- Legal Compliance: Data required to comply with legal obligations
Data Deletion via Facebook
If you connected Aria through Facebook Login, you can also request data deletion through Facebook:
- Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings
- Click Apps and Websites
- Find Aria in your connected apps
- Click Remove to revoke access
This will trigger a data deletion callback to our servers, and we will process the deletion within 30 days.
Confirmation of Deletion
Once your data has been deleted, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that:
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- You will no longer be able to access your Aria account
- Any active advertising campaigns will be stopped
- Third-party platform connections will be terminated
